Mr. Sweeney has served as a director of the Company since April 2023. He served as the President of Cablevision Systems Corporation from 2014 and President and Chief Financial Officer of Cablevision from 2015 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Sweeney served in various other roles at Cablevision including: Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff from 2013 to 2014; Senior Vice President — Strategic Software Solutions from 2012 to 2013; and Senior Vice President — eMedia from January 2000 to 2012. Mr. Sweeney has served as a director of Sphere Entertainment Co. since 2020, Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. since 2015 and AMC Global Media Inc. (formerly known as AMC Networks Inc.) since 2011 and previously served as a director of MSG Networks Inc. from 2010 to 2021 and Cablevision from 2005 to 2016.
